& family
I began offering cooking classes in 2004 after several years of studying and preparing regional Italian dishes.
During the summer of 2005, Dillon and I traveled to Italy for a series of apprenticeships at several farms to broaden our knowledge.
While there, we made cheeses, cooked with Italian farm families, and assisted in restaurant kitchens.
In 2006, I began offering classes at the Inn at North East Creek, in North East Maryland. I also completed an apprenticeship that year at the celebrated Italian restaurant, pane e salute, in Woodstock, Vermont.
In 2007, we moved to Stillwater to found Old Tioga Farm, where we continue to pursue our passion for classic Italian cooking.
