All classes are hands-on and include the preparation and enjoyment of a traditional four–course Italian meal.

Participants learn techniques for cutting, seasoning and cooking. We allow plenty of time for questions and fellowship while sharing good food.

These classes are fun with lots of interaction. You'll gain the confidence you need to prepare these meals at home.

Each class designed for 3 hours, including dining.
